I had a great experience at Ed's Automotive on Raeford! I was recommended by a friend, and they weren't wrong. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond! Special shout out to Angela. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you so much!

Noticed someone had put my tires on incorrectly, called Ed's, they got me right in with no wait. Did an amazing job fixing my issue quickly and had me back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend. Nice garage, with nice people.

My air conditioner needed work and as I was going on vacation I also had a tune-up, and fluids all topped off including an oil change. I was very pleased with the quality and job performance. I was also pleasantly surprised at a few discounts . I have been going on a regular basis for yearly inspections and oil replacements and have always been happy with their service

I recently went for a service but was disappointed with the process. Especially disappointed by the lack of accountability of one of their mechanics who serviced my vehicle. I was initially told it would be a 3hr job i called near that 3hr mark and they said another 1.5 hr. Upon arriving at time they said it would be done they informed me that they may have to take the part back off and redo the service because of a hissing noise/vaccum leak. I informed them that, that was not happening before I brought them my vehicle so the problem needed to found and addressed. That was another 45 mintes or so. I also asked if they disconnected the battery for the service they did because of the electrical nature of the repair they said no. When the service was finished I got in the vehicle turn my ac on and a rattling noise started. I asked Lewis one of the mechanics who serviced the vehicle why was it making the noise he said idk because we had no reason to turn on the ac. He looked but said he seen nothing. I inquired inside about the issue Meagan said if is an AC issue we can check it out but we will charge parts and labor. I said okay I'll be back I went out to the vehicle and the other

I love Ed's their good people. They do good work. And for me...I'll always choose Ed's as my go to automotive shop when I have car issues. I also love the fact that they'll check up on after they've serviced your vehicle. Great place for auto work.
